Customers should be aware that we are presently dealing with a high volume of orders, which may influence the usual turnaround time for specific orders. If your order is running late, please email us with your order number so we may try to upgrade it to priority processing at no additional cost. Please keep in mind that production and shipping times are only estimates based on current averages. Free return shipping in the United States for orders over $200.
International shipping is lowered by the cost of an average US shipment, but an extra 30% of the purchase subtotal is charged. Orders containing products with a width or height of 24 inches or more AND that cannot be delivered in a tube may cost extra. Any additional customs fees and taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking for USPS mailings may only be available until the item reaches its final US stop (usually Chicago) before being transferred to an international airline. UPS packages are usually tracked even after they depart the United States.
International transit takes about 2 to 4 weeks on average, although it might take longer in rare cases if customs delays occur or if the country has inbound bottlenecks due to COVID. The recipient may be required to pay customs fees or VAT (Value Added Tax) as decided by the destination country.
Prior to processing, WestHeir will contact you for approval of any additional charges (excluding import fees or VAT) or if there are any problems shipping big prints beyond the United States.
Due to COVID-19, we are currently unable to ship to Brunei, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion Island, Samoa, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. Generally, we cannot ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
Fine art paper prints typically take 1-3 business days to produce, and take 1-5 transit days to ship. You can expect your paper print to arrive in 5-11 business days in the United States depending on how close you are to Central Texas.
Fine art canvas prints typically take 1-4 business days to produce, and take 1-5 transit days to ship. You can expect your canvas print to arrive in 6-12 business days in the United States depending on how close you are to Central Texas.
Limited edition prints may require an extra 5-7 business days, but we try to hurry this along as fast as we can!
We check all packages and their contents prior to shipment because we value quality. If your print fails to satisfy our quality requirements at any time during production, it will be reprinted. This might cause a slight delay on occasion. Custom orders, orders with a large amount of prints that require some type of mounting, and orders placed during the holidays are all examples of orders that will take longer than usual.
Originals and pre-printed Fine Art Prints are in stock so there is no production time. These will be shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday. If an order is placed on the weekend, the order will go out the following Monday. With our free shipping, you can expect to receive your order in 7-16 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional rate.
Orders for spiral notebooks may take 3-7 days to be fulfilled, and when they are, can take 3-5 days to produce. Additionally, spiral notebooks then take 2-5 days to ship. You can typically expect your spiral notebook to arrive in 9-17 business days.

Because travel time is an estimate based on when the order arrives at the delivery service’s sort facility, it’s a good idea to add at least one additional day just to be cautious (not when the order is placed). Weather and sorting delays within the shipping service network are only a few of the factors that might impact real arrival time.
The shipment will be returned to our center if you provide an address that the courier deems inadequate. Once we have confirmed a revised address with you, you will be responsible for reshipment charges (if and as applicable).
It’s possible that the product was delivered, but it was placed in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should contact the carrier to see if the delivery person left any further information. “Left beneath the table on the back porch,” for example.
If a shipment is truly missing, it will need to be reordered and delivered. We are unable to offer a full refund, or assist in filing claims with shipping companies at this time, but we hope to be able to do so in the future!
If the expected delivery time for your item has past and you still haven’t gotten it, follow these steps:
Wait a day or two. Shipments might be delayed for a variety of reasons that we cannot anticipate. We recognize that dealing with late shipments is inconvenient, but please keep in mind that our estimated arrival time is only an estimate, not a guarantee.
Contact our customer service. Let us know if your shipment has been delayed, and we will verify the most recent delivery estimates to your area. We may ask you to wait a few days longer for your order to arrive. Click the speech bubble in the bottom right corner to contact us, or fill out a rest on our form.
Only the highest-quality prints are produced by WestHeir. As a result, you may place an order with confidence knowing that we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. WestHeir will replace or refund any print or product that is considered unsatisfactory by the customer if notified within 30 days of the original order date. And even if we can’t make things right, we want you to know that you were working with a trustworthy company that prioritizes you, the customer.
Frames, mats and glazing may be returned within 30 days after the date or ordering. Because these are custom-cut for your print, there will be a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping over for orders under $200.
If an print damaged during shipment, contact WestHeir within a week of receiving your damaged print so that WestHeir can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products so that you can provide them to customer service representative.
Please report the damage at the bottom of the page within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a full replacement.
We love our originals, and take the best care to package them for safe and secure shipping. Originals are unique and cannot be reproduced. If one arrives damaged, contact us in the form below so that we can see if it can be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, we may be able to produce a new original that is comparable to the one that was destroyed.
Don’t worry if it’s been more than 30 days after you placed your purchase and you’ve decided you’re not pleased with your WestHeir prints for whatever reason. There is yet hope. We still have partial credit and replacement alternatives available. Please fill out the form at the bottom for assistance.

Unless the print is framed, we typically don’t ask you to ship back the complete artwork if you want a refund. After contacting us about unframed prints, you may be requested to return a tiny piece of the center of each print to be reimbursed so that we can physically record the print as destroyed. Because we only have a limited amount of time to handle refunds, make sure you do so within 30 days after the transaction to be safe.
Framed prints will need to be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Returns are free for orders over $200.
Gifts may be returned within 30 days from the order date for a full refund as long as they are returned in the same condition as they were originally shipped out. We offer a partial return (33%) for used gifts. Returns are free for orders over $200.
Original pieces of art that are returned in the same new condition as when they left our hands are eligible for full refunds within 30 days from the order date.
Originals that have been damaged may qualify for a partial refund (33%).
Many factors influence whether a customer receives a full or partial refund. If an order can be canceled before it is manufactured and sent, the buyer is more likely to obtain a complete refund. If products in an order are returned after usage, the customer is more likely to obtain a partial refund.
We do not offer refunds for products that have been lost, defaced, or intentionally modified in any way.
